FCS3-250

The system FCS3-250 offers the ability to switch the maximum functionality.

This makes it suitable for engines with the fuel pump at the engine or at the tank. In addition, the fuel pressure during the advance is separately adjustable in the supply and the return line.

The measuring range is 0.1 to 250 l/h, and the output of the internal pump for fuel circulation at max. 250l/h. The internal sensor module for fuel flow measurement is based on a four piston counter. For proper operation, this sensor is protected by fuel filters in both flow directions).

Fuel pumps within the FCS3 system provide the required fuel supply to the engine as well as sufficient fuel circulation. The pressure regulators are used to adjust the fuel pressure within the supply to engine separate from the return fuel pressure.

The heat exchanger module avoids overheating and gas bubbles within the engine related fuel circulation. After having disconnected the original fuel supply to the engine and back to the tank, the FCS3 system will be easily installed via four connections equipped with quick lock couplings.

One of the most outstanding and new features of the FCS3 system is the internal change-over that easily adapts the FCS3 to the original fuel supply configuration (position of the fuel supply pump close to the engine or to the tank).
